Ladyz D'Fense educates and empowers ladies of all ages by teaming up with Awareness Organizations, Self-Defense Instructors and Personal Trainers
to physically and mentally prepare them on safety and awareness, as well as equipping them with self defense tools and techniques to protect themselves.
Although Ladyz' D'Fense is geared towards women, men are welcomed.
When it comes to awareness volunteering, donating and participation in walks to such causes as, Domestic Violence, Breast Cancer, Heart Disease and HIV/Aids, just to name a few. We are the voice for those who cannot speak, because they are victims without a voice, who live in fear and darkness or for those who have transitioned and have their wings looking down upon us.
Everyone knows someone who is/or was a victim of at least one of these causes – it’s better to be proactive instead of reactive. Education is key.
It is important for us to continue creating a positive impact in our communities Together we all can make a difference!
